Crystal Flip

This morning I used a long run to help out by delivering some bits to people who are currently at home with Covid.

My first delivery took me through the quiet uni campus to a surgery I've been coming to for a few of these tasks, where on recognising me they popped to grab an oximeter and the sign out form (on moving to York 6 weeks ago, I had no idea that my 'regular' and 'my usual' would end up being a GP practice and oxygen measuring devices).

I stopped at a pharmacy on my way to Mrs E's, where I picked up a separate request for her - a small pot of menthol crystals which I understand are quite handy for making you feel better when unwell.

After the drop off, I headed off for a pick up and drop off on the other side of town. Mission 1(&2) accomplished.
