Felix's Tetris
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the The Felix Project in Tower Hamlets.
- Saturday, 6th of August 2022
- Led by Laura Williams
Solo goodgyming at the Felix's project on a Saturday morning was a great start of a good day.
I was given 2 tasks. First, sorting out bread loafs from delivery trays to crates (crate is the unit system for charity distribution). Second, picking up varied food donations for charity collection according to their needs/order.
What I learnt today: how to use "Lego" dolly trolley* (Well, I named it that way as each single one can be put together forming a bigger trolley) and how to navigate/push/skateboard a dolly trolley (its all about balance)
Work done. All muscles trained. Nothing is better than a do-good-feel-good workout!
I do recommend. πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ
