First Mission Completed to Deliver Groceries to Mr J
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

New to GoodGym and the Running world....Mr J was happy to receive his groceries and I got to explore a new part of my local neighbourhood! Can't wait to for the next mission!
(16,000 steps in total - a lockdown high this week - 2mile walk to pick up groceries at lunch, a 3mile quick walk with a bag full of groceries and a 2.5miles run home!)
