Five of us met at Rowlands Castle, we managed to avoid getting caught up in the Victory AC Sunday run and all managed to return to Rowlands Castle in time for a cuppa at the Bumblebee Cafe before we headed to Havant for a litter pick.
Whilst on the run we had one wipeout, met lots of nice dogs (& owners) and played a game of "where's Judy?"!
