Flogging or plogging?
1 GoodGymer made their way 2.9km to help the South West London Environment Network in Kingston upon Thames.

It was cold, very cold, with added windchill. But that didn't stop GoodGym Kingston from introducing New Malden to the wonderful world of plogging. Or flogging, as it was flipping freezing (note, no plog items were floggable in the usual sense of the word).
A trip down one side of the high street and then the other yielded a bag full of polystyrene, McDonalds packaging, cashpoint receipts, a miniature pink slinky spring, and lots of tissues, which got to be discarded into the new Big Belly Bins.

The plog also yielded a lot of strange looks from passers-by. Perhaps New Malden wasn't quite ready for plogging. Or perhaps it's because I was wearing my cycling snood still and looked like a bizarre criminal, thieving rubbish from the pavements that I may later try to flog. I prefer to think the former, but something tells me it may be the latter...
