3 GoodGymers made their way to help the East End Women in Newcastle.

Food to sort and bags to pack, corn today in flakes or snack. Tea comes iced and rice is nice, Tins and buns and juice suffice. Michael took the broom to sweep and piled the rubbish in a heap. But what's inside the mystery tin? Next time perhaps we'll guess again! Pasta and a jar of sauce. Same again next week? OF COURSE!
