Flyers in the face of adversity
9 GoodGymers made their way 6.3km to help their local community in Brent.

Eight wonderful goodgym-ers braved the unseasonal weather and came to deliver flyers around Queens Park.
We had a last minute task cancellation so GoodGym flyers came to the rescue and we decided to head back to last week's stomping ground around Queens Park (no time trial this week though).
With Lucy having a trip on the way there it was an eventful journey and we decided to split the group up with Claire taking a group at a faster pace and myself, Clare and Lucy taking it easy.
In 25 minutes we were done and all the flyers were gone!
With that we headed off again, working our way through Kensal Rise. Uthman decided that we needed some of the army treatment this evening so again we split and with words of encouragement pushed the group on at speed.
After that we finished the last half a kilometre together and then stretched off.
It's bank holiday next week but that won't stop us - sign up and keep an eye out for details of next week's task here.
Cheers, Pritesh
