Food waste down, fashion sense up!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Barnet.

Four goodgymmers cycled to Waitrose in Brent Cross and collected hundreds of pounds worth of surplus food that would otherwise have been thrown away.
We delivered it to the Mutual Aid group in Hendon, where neighbours come to make use of it.
Every day supermarkets have to dispose of tons of food that is still consumable but has reached its sell-by date. Through schemes like these they are able to donate it to local groups that then distribute it locally. It's a fantastic way to reduce food waste and help the environment.
We were glad to do our small bit and hope to do it again soon.
PS: And Paul had nothing to say about my attire this time!
