Frozen III

Three big bags of frozen vegetables, some fresh meat and spices were the finishing touches to my shopping trip for Ms R who is now feeling well stocked up for the next phase of her self-isolation. She is keen to take good care of herself so also asked me to collect a bag of nutritional supplies from her local health food shop. Before I said goodbye, we enjoyed a leisurely chat in the sun outside her house – and she seemed really interested and pleased to hear about Goodgym’s activities in the community.
