Gar (lic) Wars: Attack of the Cloves
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.
- Sunday, 6th of May 2018
On a beautiful bank holiday Sunday, Clare and I met to do some gardening for Mrs A. We focussed on weeding the back garden, clearing the path and borders.
Mrs A stood out to chat with us, and teach us about the different plants. Our nemesis of the morning was the wild garlic, which was EVERYWHERE. After an hour of pulling it up we made some headway, but couldn't completely clear it. Mrs A said she was very pleased with our work anyway!
