Good gym runners bent over backwards to do yoga.
9 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km on a training session in Barnet.

Nine good gym runners came together on line ( the safest way) to strengthen, stretch and relax. We warmed up with a few knee bends, then we relaxed, then we did some other types of bending then we relaxed again. Simples! Everybody seemed to enjoy the session. We had a brief chat after and played a quick game of true or false.
