Good things come in trees!
10 GoodGymers made their way 11.3km to help their local community in Ealing.

Last night we kicked off January 2022 in tree-mendous style! - 10 GoodGymers came out to help ensure trees were taken to the designated recycling points to be turned into lovely woodchip in our local parks!
Fir god's sake, where are all the trees?!
We arrived at the park to find a large stash of trees at the recycling point and we intended to scout around the surrounding streets to add to it! However we may have been a little early this year as normally we find a huge number of abandoned trees and this year we had to work a little harder to reel them in!
We split into 3 groups with some more successful than others, however by the end we dragged about 12 over in total included some pretty beefy ones! Cam definitely found the largest of the night which required three people to carry it! But the most collected by one group was the dream team of Annabel, Claire and Shan who arrived back with 6 between them!
We finished up with a sally squats leg blast before all jogging off towards home.
What a lovely way to start the year!
Next Tuesday we'll be back out on the streets doing something else fun and active and we've got loads more stuff coming up this January too - click here to see all the sessions in Ealing.
