Five goodgymers braved the blustery conditions to help at the Tree Musketeers nursery in Hackney Marshes. After warming up with a parkrun round the marshes, we headed to this Hackney favourite to see what tasks lay in store. The grass in the nursery had recently been mowed so we set off on a lap with our rakes and barrow in tow. With several barrow loads collected and deposited on the compost heap we moved onto our next tyring job. Eight car tyres that had been set into the soil needed removing, sounds like a job for GoodGym muscle! After making wheely good progress, it was time for the customary tea and biscuits and then home. See you all same time next month.

Well done everyone. You must've been tyre-d after that!
