Hangle blinders
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the B&H Retirement Housing - Churchill House in Brighton.

Tara, David and me (plus Rita!) met after parkrun in Hove Park and headed in to deepest Hangleton for today's mission - one of the lesser-known parts of town but one that needed our 'expert' gardening skills.
Wendy lives in a council residential block and has been doing her best to stay on top of the communal garden, but there is too much for her to manage by herself.
So we helped with clearing weeds from the beds and cutting back some of the unruly plants to let some others get a bit more light and space. And we played a blinder - in under an hour it looked so much better than before, especially after David adjusted his shorts back up so we couldn't see his builders bum any more.
A good crack had by all, then :-)
