Helping A Self-Isolating Family With A Food Shop

On a wet Monday evening I did a quick food shop for a family that was self-isolating. It didn't take long to get there and back home again but the effect that this good deed had on the family is profound as without someone there to help them they would not have anything to eat. As ever the people we help were immensely grateful for what Good Gym is doing.
