Helping Mr C through a loss
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Newham.

Here's what Mr C of E6 had to say about the mission:
"So many thanks, your organisation have done me a marvellous service, I couldn't have done it without you. God bless you all"
Last night, two GoodGym runners helped Mr C through a really tough experience
Mr C contacted GoodGym with some sad news; his beloved dog of 14 years, Snowy, had passed away. Mr C, a really nice chap, was sad about the loss, and also anxious about having Snowy laid to rest. As he isn't mobile enough to inter Snowy himself, he asked if a couple of runners would be able to do so at short notice, especially as there was no-one else he could ask for support with this.
As such, Gosia and Dom signed up and headed over to Mr C's in the evening to do the task. The task went well, and we chatted to Mr C as we did it.
It was great that we were able to help Mr C; in 90 minutes we worked ourselves hard and provided him with relief and a respectful service at a difficult time.
