Helping Ms M
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.
- Thursday, 25th of June 2020
As the mercury hit 30c I pulled on my GoodGym shirt, dug out my trusty hat and had a final glug of water before heading to Ms M’s house. Shopping list and instructions in hand I headed to the post box, pharmacy, dry cleaners and then M&S. After waving goodbye to Ms M, I attempted the 5km run home. By this point it was hitting 31c and to honest I only made it half way. The last 2km were taken at a very slow walk!
