HIIT ing those hills
4 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help their local community in Liverpool.

In true Goodgym flexibility style we had to think on our feet when the planned task was cancelled.
Four goodgymers met up at our usual spot and after introductions and a warm welcome to Liam on his first session we set off for the beautiful gardens below the cathedral. The trees are in full bloom and it's a lovely place to do some interval training.
We did some sprint intervals, some strength based exercises, some jumping, skipping and laughing and then we hit the slopes... up and down and up and down and..... you get the idea. On our final descent there were some sweet treats left by the goodgym sweet pixies for our efforts
We all agreed it was in many ways tougher to do a session like this than a longer run but everyone rose to the challenge. It was a different session for a Monday evening so under the cathedral with some of the biggest church bells in the UK Goodgym Liverpool rang the changes.
