The Brett Foundation is a charity that support the homeless and families facing poverty in the Maidenhead area. Amongst many other initiatives, the charity provide hot, nutritious meals to a small group of children attending an after school club at Woodlands Park Primary School on Friday afternoons.

I cycled to collect the meals from Sue Brett, the inspirational founder of the charity, and I delivered them to the school. It was freezing and there was no way I would have gone out for a bike ride without this purpose, but I really enjoyed the outing! It was great to meet Sue, the gates decorated with hearts was a lovely welcome at the school, and I took the opportunity on my way home to gather a few more answers for the Mad March Quest, a GoodGym fitness challenge that is keeping lots of us busy and active in Lockdown.
