On a pleasently mild December morning 5 GoodGymers met for a litter pick. As yesterday, 2 were wearing matching runr hats. The pink colourway is definitely popular in our gang!
Our first task was bagging up a load of drinks cans that had been dumped in the car park along with some McDonald's litter including a still wrapped Mr Potato Head who was rescued to be given a new home.
We found loads of recyclables today and had to do some jiggery pokery with our bags to get all the cans and plastic bottles safely back to the car park.
Nothing too bad or interesting (apart from Mr Potato) to report, fortunately no clothing but that is probably due to the cold weather!
Great Salterns litter picks will resume in 2021! Hopefully we'll be able to have bigger groups at some point too 🤞
