I can see clearly now the rain is gone

Jonny Nash's song was playing in my mind as I was coming back after a social visit to Mrs J. Such a beautiful sunny morning, a real treat to be outdoors. 🌞 Mrs J has been keeping up her strength exercises and she's being really positive that she's improving and will eventually walk just with the aid of a stick. I have been also doing some ankle and knee strengthening exercises, so we've discussed and shared our experiences. Sunny, the budgie, was listening without joining in the conversation this time. Perhaps he was taking it all in and will start doing his own strength exercises soon...
