I get by with a litter help from my friends
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Bournemouth.

Four GoodGymers braved the icy air for another good old litter pick at King's Park. Vicky, Sue, Daryl and Caprice armed with 'grabbers' and head torches made their way around the park. Setting off from the Cricket Pavilion started to fill their bin bags. Sticking together they made a loop of the park and ended up by the football stadium with Sue even finding a part of a Beryl bike! Another mission success, if a bit of a chilly one! Until next time (hopefully the head torches can be left at home!)

I love running (the muddier the better) and I love my goodgym gang. They rule. ❤️
