Deciding we couldn't really run 6km over The Solent, we picked up the Slow Ways trail at the Hovercraft Terminal.

The route was interesting (to say the least) so we've made suggestions to Slow Ways of a more direct route between Ryde and Portsmouth City Centre.

We followed up our run with an essential debrief at Hideout.

Route analysis was a critical part of the task. We took it very seriously.

Area Activator for GoodGym Portsmouth. I swear like a sailor, burp like a foghorn. Human A - Z of Portsmouth. Ultimately charming.
