Is that my breakfast?

Today I went to see Mrs D. A nice day for cycling again, a bit colder than what we have lately become accustomed to, but sunny and dry. She was feeling a bit better than last time I saw her. I had to cut my visit shorter than the usual, when her daughter and her daughter's husband arrived to see her. Still, we managed to chat for a bit. Mrs D was telling me about one of the times she was in the hospital, when she had to take lots of pills. When the pills were brought over in the morning, 27 in total she said, she asked the nurse: is that my breakfast?! 😂 She's always seeing the funny side of things. Another time, the nurse said she won't go away until she took all the pills. Only Mrs D told her that she was not going to, as she was waiting for the porridge, which helps with getting those pills down the throat. And she had it her way once again, the nurse had to accept and move on.

Short but as entertaining a visit as usual it appears! Nice one Georgeta 👏
