Jogging to the beat of our drum...
4 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Richmond.
- Saturday, 16th of February 2019
The Richmond “crack squad” did our second mission together... becoming quite the Saturday habit!
James was picked up on Richmond bridge by Eva-Lucia and Chris and a total of 10km later (15km for James) we arrived to help a lady to sort and tidy their garage and met Africa there who ran despite not feeling 100%.
We sorted out a garage full of musical instruments and managed to have a cheeky go on the bongos ourselves...
The family of the lady was so chuffed with the results and asked how she could get us back...
Mission accomplished!
