This was such a hot day that I was worried about the state of the Hainault station planters that we cleaned and watered at our session on Monday evening. After a full day of work I couldn't wait to get out of the house but had to pop in for a blood giving appointment so made my way to the station long way round through the centre and Fairlop Waters nature reserve. Once finally at the station at 8.30pm I borowed the keys from the staff and got to it! It was unusually quiet around the station so I managed to do 5 runs of two full cans each and water all the planters in peace and quiet, hopefully this will be enough to get through tomorrow!
I was also pleased with the minimum spillage, which made it super easy clearing up - just some paper was needed ad no mop got involved:)
I'll be back tomorrow!
