Move oolong ...nothing to tea here
It was lovely to see all the Goodgymers who signed in for the zoom fitness session. Without the good deed to concentrate on its a great time to focus on our fitness instead. The sessions I plan are not easy but they are designed to work on cardio , strength and flexibilty fitness during our lockdown. Tonight was no exception.
We did a 12 minute cardio block followed by a series of 1 min strength exercises.
With Duncan having run off into the distance and 'unable' to complete the kettle boil challenge it was up to the team to take on the half burpees for him which we all did ( including options) in style. I'm wondering if there is a fault with my kettle as, even half filled, it went on for an eternity!
greatw ork followed by another lovely post workout drink.
See you at the same time next week and every week until we can meet again for our group run and good deed.
Lets all pull together and stay together :)
Stay well and keep safe.
