Kurb your enthusiasm
16 GoodGymers made their way 2.0km to help their local community in Chelmsford.

13 runners ran 2.5 km and made a huge impact at the interact garden
The launch of Goodgym Chelmsford saw 13 awesome athletes run to Moulsham Mill to work on the interact garden and moved mountains (ok, kerb stones, but they were massive!) and significantly reduced the "wildness" of their wild life garden.
We began the evening by introducing Edith who runs the idea's hub who told us about the work they do helping promote community projects in the area, and provide the great space we use for our base each week. They also serve great coffee at great prices!
After a short warm up brought to you by the word lunge and the number 3, we set off on our run. Peter and Adam told us all about interact and the size of the task ahead. We moved loads of kerb stones, some wire fencing and cleared a large area of weeds and stinging nettles. The interact crew were amazed by the work we had done!
We then ran back and sent the speedier runners off for an extra loop of the park before we gathered for a stretch.
Next week we have a slightly longer run to North Melbourne Library for a variety of tasks, but no kerb stones! see you there!
