*Sunny Worthing? *
On a not too shabby evening 5 of us made a prompt start with a lapped route for our group run and fitness session around the circumference of Kamelia Kids and surrounding roads and paths.
Paul, Daisy, Ros,John and myself paired up set off in directions around the rectangular 800 metre It was time seeded depending on people's first lap with me setting the team of in 5 , 9, 10 and 14 second gaps. This meant every single lap was an individual challenge regardless of the position in the pack!
After fitness we met up with task leader, Andy who got us cracking on treating fences and gates he had constructed as well as applying another coat of red psint to the wall surrounding the playground.
Ricky had previously joined us for the task pairing up with John to compare notes ( brush in hand) on running and other stuff too !
After another enjoyable evening I'm handing over the baton ( with instructions) to John next week as I'm on hols. Daisy is convinced he will lead you all astray to the pub !
I cant wait to read the run report!!
I will see you all in a couple of weeks
A Bientot 😍
