2 runners ran 5km to deliver leaflets for Craft Central!
Well it was a pretty miserable Saturday morning. Cold. Wet. Just down right grim. And sadly it meant an extremely low turn out for the final GoodGym starter session! But thankfully the lovely Rue showed up and meant that I wasn't completely on my tod!
We had a bunch of flyers to deliver for a charity event taking place so after waiting for some potential latecomers that never arrived, we decided to get going!
A little warm up jog to the new flats around Greenwich station which have lots of handy letterboxes on the outside! Score! We got rid of the flyers within about 10 minutes which meant we could make the run a little bit longer!
We wandered through Greenwich Park, up and down a few hills and then back along the Thames Path for a nice tidy 5k. Awesome!
Great to meet you Rue and looking forward to seeing you at The Big Half!
