Lunch break mission
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

When working from home it's easy to get into a routine of: walk from computer screen to kitchen and back, with an occasional comfort break.
A quick scan of my favourite charity site showed that there was a local mission available today. A nice spin to delivery some essential medication and then continuing the charity spirit by giving my neighbour's car a jump start when I got back completed a satisfying afternoon.
