Mad dogs and englishmen

Noel Coward was right, only mad dogs and englishmen go out in the midday sun. That was one hot round trip. Very glad that it was punctuated by stops (normally I'd be cursing red traffic lights that mean I have to stop and break my rhythm) and that I had taken plenty of drink with me. On the other hand, I'm sure Mr Coward would approve the pimms that's waiting for me in the fridge right now...!
