We had a lovely morning gardening at the Primrose garden project in Fishponds. Geraldine, the house manager is keen to get the garden in a better state so that it can be maintained by the residents and there was lots to be done!
Our main tasks to were clearing a large area of brambles, strim back some overhanging trees and do lots of weeding. We divided and conquered with Rich G and I taking on the brambles and Emma & Mel weeding what will become a flower patch.
We made good progress and welcomed a break to delve into Geraldine's treasure trove of snacks and I got to debut the new Eastville park toilets which was exciting.
Really pleased I remembered to do a before and after photo at this task ๐ There is lots to be done here so look out for future missions :-)
