Mrs N had a bad fall 4 years ago and is now unable to do things around the house. She used to get help from a local service, but unfortunately that has closed. She was referred to us and on a nice spring Saturday, Frances and I ran down to Beckenham, I thought I was doing well with a 13k run, but Frances did a massive 24km to train for the upcoming Bucharest half.

The task was to change some curtains around the house, which we did quite quickly, so we had a chance to have a nice chat with Mrs N.
