Milk run
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

After collecting the list I ran down to Tescos, picked up the shopping and ran down to drop the shopping off to Mrs A (well I say a run, it was more of a careful jog to make sure the milk was ok!). We had a nice chat, I hoped I impressed her with my snooker knowledge and then I headed home for lunch.
