1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Hackney.

The final Mission for the day was a food bank collection and drop off around 1 mile away from pick up.
With the bags being super heavy the morning finished off with a little resistance training!
I had the wrong door number but luckily the beneficiary spotted me.
I think this calls for some nutritious food to refuel!!
