Mission accomplished - Mow problem.
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.
- Saturday, 2nd of December 2017
It was a frosty start to the morning with the temperature barely reaching a few degrees. However, we received such a warm welcome from Mrs E that we were ready to go. The garden needed a good mow and general tidy up. But the first challenge was getting some power from the second floor flat to the garden. Mrs E made light work of throwing the power box out of the window and we were in business. David got on with the mowing and Sarah did the weeding and general tidying. Later, Mrs E arrived with a very welcome hot cup of tea, and stayed to chat with us. She was very pleased with the garden and welcomed us back again soon.
