Welcome to our first run report of 2018. Happy New Year Everyone. Well it was awesome to meet everyone after our festive break. It wasn't however nice to have the rain invite its self, but it did. Tonight we had the shortish run up into Welling to help our friends at The Geeenwich and Bexley Hospice. We were greet as usual with smiling faces and a warm, dry welcome. Tonight our good deed was to get to work in the children's dept. We had to get all the toys of the shelves and give the toys and the shelves a good bit of dusting and polishing before bringing our artistic skills into play and setting them all up again. After our compulsory photo shoot marking the completion of the task it was time to regroup and brave the pouring rain. With everyone ready and a stiff upper lip we said our final goodbyes and started heading back to basecamp Crooklog. Yay, we had completed our first group run of the year. Doing our cool down and patting each other on the back it was time to say Good night. See you all next week Goodgymers PS - Reminder.......is back to Monday next week!!!!
