I rode a hire bike to Mr M’s and yay, the weather held out! This was my second visit to help with his garden and it was nice to see him again. He was suprised that I made it because of the weather but I said fingers crossed, it should be dry enough to help out. He wanted some weeds removed from beside the house and some brambles cut down that were hanging over the back fence. I finished both jobs quickly and had plenty more time so I offered to cut the grass. The lawnmower was great and really simple to use. I keep marvelling over lawnmowers but they’d always intimidated me before taking on these missions! I still had plenty of time so I offered to cut back a bush that I know Mr M had wanted rid of on my last visit. He was happy for me to get stuck in but before long the green bin was completely full so I paused that job. Mr M seemed very happy with the results. I forgot to take a before shot of the full lawn but hopefully you can get a good idea of the results from the pictures.
