Ms. Motivator

After a bit of running around in the Sunday afternoon rain trying to find each other, Jack and I arrived at Ms E's flat to help her move an old fridge for council collection.

Upon sight of us, Ms E expressed her doubt that we'd be able to carry out the task, noting that we didn't appear to have much muscle on us! Thankfully, we were able to prove her wrong and move the fridge for her without much trouble. (She did concede, in the end, that Jack had muscly legs.)

We had a nice chat with a very grateful Ms. E about Goodgym before heading off and I enjoyed a second sighting of Hackney Jaws and pals on my run back along the canal.
