No Lactose Free Milk? That’s udderly inconsiderate!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Wandsworth.

Miss L had need of groceries so I set off to run across Richmond park to the big Asda to fulfil her list. There was a long snaking queue in the underground car park but it moved quickly thankfully. I managed to tick off all of her list but disaster struck when the thing she was most in need of, lactose free milk by Arla, wasn’t stocked at the store. Plan B was a detour to a big co-op on route to Miss L’s house. On the way I spotted a petrol station with a shop & thought it was worth a shot. Result! They had the milk & it was even on offer! Detour avoided.
I continued my walk through Putney Heath to Miss L’s house. Unfortunately her buzzer didn’t seem to be working so I took a chance & rang a neighbours bell, they had to be in right! ;)
Miss L was absolutely thrilled with the delivery and was really grateful for the help from goodgym. She was also chuffed with the copy of the evening standard I’d popped in the bag. We both wished each other good health before I set off to run back home through Richmond park as the sunset, it was a beautiful evening to be out & about. All in all a very satisfying mission.
