Ms M put out a call for assistance - sheltering she didn't dare go down several floors & outside to drop off rubbish, let alone several big bags. In comes Goodgym, for one of the quickest jobs in history! Announcing myself through the intercom, the bags were waiting outside the door by the time I got up the stairs to the 3rd floor, barely broke stride to grab the bags while a grateful Ms M expressed her thanks through an almost closed door and down the stairs to the outside bins all in one smooth flow.

Quick & simple, but it had a big impact, which is why we do these things!
