My motivation for running is wavering slightly in these uncertain times but collecting shopping for Mr M made a 5 mile run have a purpose once more!

After navigating some of Ealing's finest undulations, I arrived in Pitshanger to a lovely note taped to Mr M's door with a shopping list and some cash to get the job done.

A quick trip to the co-op and no queue saw me pick up everything on the list including two bags of spinach, hopefully they'll be keeping Mr M safe and strong at home!
