Oops, we did NOT do it again!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Redbridge Food Bank in Redbridge.

On this overcast, but thankfully, dry morning Linda, James, Sharon and Julia met at their old ground at Valentines park to run (and cycle) 5K (non)parkrun before going to help unloading a Food Bank stock at Frenford Club. Well, that was a plan anyway....
(non)Parkrun Sharon decided to take the lead by starting early with James sprinting not too long after! Whereas Linda and Julia decided to take it at a more leisurely pace catching up on the week and marvelling at really huge crows in Valentine's Park:)
We finished strong with the whole group sprinting to the finish! It's so good to be back at our Parkrun place and we can't wait for it to be back on - we miss it!
After congratulating ourselves on 'the run well-done' we were off to Frenford Club for some good-doing, only to discover whilst we were enjoying our time at the park our super efficient Peter and Kathryn already loaded and unloaded everything at both sites well ahead of time, so when we got to the centre, the community mission was ALREADY DONE and it turns out we've missed some texts telling us to get there earlier! Oops!
Well done everyone for getting out there this morning, getting some exercise done and appreciating Peter's and Kathryn's efforts hehe!
