Parallel park-run-ning 😄

Geometrically speaking, parallel might not be the correct term here. However, with consecutive days of parkrun volunteering and with GoodGym colleagues at an officially listed junior parkrun perpendicularly down the road, I decided to self-log a mission! Hill gradients were involved on both days. After a spot of barcode scanning in a hot and humid hilly Jesmond Dene on Saturday, there was a welcome fresh breeze in the slightly less hilly Saltwell Park today! As always, it’s very inspiring to see so many youngsters enjoying their Sunday morning in the park - so much so that I did my own run in the park straight afterwards! Time for a bit of horizontal relaxation in the sun now!
