I was glad to be able to pop to the shop for Ms N - not just so I could help her out but also to drag me away from compulsive Olympics-watching. I left the house as Team GB women won a pole vault bronze... but the shopping task was so straightforward that I was already home to see the women’s heptathon 800m. That was a personal best GoodGym mission time for me!
