Four GoodGym members came together to do some litter picking in the local park in East Finchley. It was a beautiful ,calm ,warm evening and a 500 meter walk to Cherry Tree Woods. .(still in relaxed holiday mode! ). Kirsten was wearing her black shirt for the first time (so give her a cheer!) we chatted and litter picked managing to pick up a couple of bags. We then did a small workout- warmup and then suggested circuit exercises. this included squats, knee raises, shoulder stands, lunges and planks.- by the time we finished it was dark and we headed back to the Phoenix. thanks for coming socialising, exercising and doing some good in your local community.
