Planter Fasciitis
9 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Huddersfield.

Huddersfield Live have kindly provided a number of flower filled planters to brighten up the town centre and make it more welcoming for visitors. Unfortunately some of the good, or perhaps more accurately the not so good people of Huddersfield tend to use the planters as rubbish bins and ash trays.
Equipped with litter pickers, bin bags and secateurs and under the guidance of Kirklees Council’s Andy Goff, tonight’s GoodGym crew of nine made short work of the planters, cutting back old growth and lifting litter. After an hour’s hard labour the town’s planters were looking pretty once again.
Thanks to Kati Law, Ben Godfrey, Louise Galvin, David Bilton, Wendy Redmile, Zena Whalley, Thom Wood, and GoodGym first-timer David, great to have many hands making light work of tonight’s task.
