Plogging the Night Away
1 GoodGymer made their way 3km to help the Barnsley Council in Barnsley.

The streets in the town centre were plogged on an atmospheric (dark and windy) evening. Three bags of rubbish were filled to the brim and emptied into nearby bins, before a quick fitness session on the bars in Locke Park consisting of 10 reps of 5 pull-ups and 10 parallel bar dips. After running a lap around the park (and hearing mysterious sounds from several bushes on the way) the run back to the start was undertaken.
Upon completion of the run, key muscles used this evening were stretched and a well deserved drink was had.
Distance covered: 4.37km Rubbish binned: 3 hefty bags!
