Pole Acts 1 & 2
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.
- Saturday, 18th of March 2023
A trip to Southmead on Saturday to help Ms M put up some new curtains.
The old ones were falling down as the rail was damaged and her son had got her a new curtain pole to go with her new curtains.
Unfortunately, rather than slotting into each other, the new poles needed to be cut down to size. So, having taken down the old curtains and rail on Saturday, I returned on Sunday, having sourced a hacksaw, to cut the poles, attach them, fix to the wall and hang the new curtains, much to Ms M’s delight.
